Top--brachiopods that invertebrate paleontologists call scientifcially, genus Neospirifer. Bottom--pedicle valves of the brachiopod Neochonetes. All from the upper Pennsylvanian Lecompton Limestone. Shawnee Group, Virgilian Stage, 303 to 301 million years old.
